Jab

I guess that when you are in a battle, you are going to take some hits. It's simple, but you just have to learn to accept that as part of the fight. Got a letter from my oncologist yesterday letting me know that the latest CT scan of my chest showed two small nodules in my lungs. Not sure exactly what that means, but we are supposed to talk at our next treatment in two weeks. On the bright side, the same scan was of my head, and apparently, nothing there. Oh well. That's the way the gravy stains.

--actually, spoke with him today. The doc is not too concerned and it was to be expected. It is common for cancer to spread from the liver to the lungs. His big concern is the liver. In his words, we HAVE to get rid of those. There are too many lesions. Working on it doc!
